"I have been with them close ti ten years. My daughter recently had an accident and I was told that she is not on the policy. I added when I brought her a car for high school graduation. When she turned 21 I called to see if my policy would decrease. In 2023, she had a fender bender, no one said she is not on the policy. Recently she had an accident and during the claim process is when I was informed that she is not covered. I called the office and was told that a previous employee dropped the ball. I should not be liable for their goofs. I was told that they don't have my original documents when I joined them. They suck. Go to another company they are not reliable."

"Mr. Olney, our association goes back 4+ years and we’re sorry for the stress your family has gone through.
After reviewing your policy and claim records, we want to clarify a few points. For the 2023 incident, our documentation shows the vehicle was parked and unoccupied, and there is no record indicating your daughter was driving or that the claim involved her as the driver.
For the more recent incident, coverage is determined by the details of the claim and the driver/vehicle information on file at the time, and our records show that your daughter was not listed as a covered driver for that specific event.

"My experience has been mixed. One one hand, they got my coverage up and running fairly quickly initially. On the other hand, they won't stop calling me to try and sell more products. In one case that occurred today, they called me 4 times to try and sell me collision coverage. The calls keep coming after I've asked them multiple times to stop. Online, you can put down a "communication preference" and I've put down to never call me. But the office just ignores the account and calls you anyway."
